First thing you want to do is to start hydrating the body. Most of us are chronically dehydrated without realizing it.
Start drinking 2-3 Cleansing Drinks a day, and decaf herbal tea and filtered water, NOT distilled. Distilled water is dead water. Anyone who recommends distilled water to you has not done their research or hasn’t ever really cleansed and has never really drank a lot of it no matter what they claim. Drinking lots of distilled water will give you the worst diarrhea, hardly fun.
Reverse-osmosis filtered water is the best, but it does lose out some essential minerals that way, so replace them with a liquid trace mineral supplement – see Sources for which kind. It’s like adding a drop of ocean water.
Next thing you want to do is go on a cleansing diet, or fast, or semi-fast. Simply start cutting out all the bad things in you diet – coffee, black tea, sodas, junk foods, fast foods, microwave meals, bread, margarine, non-dairy creamers, egg beaters. Also cut out mucus-forming foods such as milk, orange juice (yes it is!), and all foods high in sugar, from candy bars to fruit drinks. Cut out cigarettes, any druges that are not completely necessary, sugar-substitutes except for Stevia and the occasional Xylitol. Switch from table salt to sea salt or kosher salt. No point in cleansing if you’re just going to dump everything back in your stomach!
It’s also important to refrain from drama. Take a break from gossip, anger, taking offense, power plays, coveting. Watch comedies insead of horror films, calming music instead of heavy metal.
Bowel management (stomach, small and large intestine) should be done concurrently with all the other cleanses and flushes. Kidneys are cleansed by getting enough fluids, but they will need particular attention after a couple liver flushes. Lymph management should also be done concurrently with all the other cleanses and flushes.
Liver flushes may be commenced after several weeks of bowel management and cleansing diet. Liver management such as herbs and dissolvers should be done for at least a week prior to a flush, and may be done instead of a flush.
If your symtpoms warrant it, you can do a parasite cleanse after your first liver flush. It’s best to flush the liver at least once before parasite cleansing so you can go into the parasite cleanse looking and feeling better than usual.
After a month or two of all this cleansing, consider doing metals chelation if your symptoms warrant it.
Cleansing is debilitating. To keep up your strength, you should be taking in some tonifying foods and supplements. Look up the list of super-foods and recommended supplements for suggestions.
Stop cleansing if you lose too much weight or start feeling really run down.
