Slow Liver Cleanse instead of major flush

Instead of a major liver flush that takes all night and the majority of the following day, this is a drink you can take for a week every morning and accomplish pretty much the same thing slowly. The slow way is much better for people who are greatly debilitated or have complications like Gilbert’s Syndrome or Hepatitis.

First you need to take stone dissolvers and bile cleansers, so for one week at least take any combination you like of: 500 mg of malic acid with every meal, eat or juice green apples, drink the Cleansing Drink 1-3x a day, take gold coin grass.

Plus you need to do Bile cleansers, which are carrot juice, the cleansing carrot salad (see recipes), 1 tablespoon of lecithin taken with every meal with fats or in the carrot juice or Protein Shake or just eaten off the spoon. Eat 1-3 tablespoons of lecithin a day. Nutritional yeast flakes will also aid in cleansing bile because of the fat burners like taurine, arginine, etc.

After one week of this protocol, start the morning cocktail cleansing and do this for one week in conjunction with your stone dissolvers and bile cleansers :
1-2 tablespoons of any of these oils: olive, flax, cod liver, wheat germ, sunflower, almond, walnut. cycle thru them for best results.
Peel and press two garlic cloves, add to oil.
Put about 1 inch of fresh ginger root thru the garlic press until you get about 1 tablespoon of ginger juice. Add to oil.

Drink this down and IMMEDIATELY chase it with a Cleansing Drink.

If you need a different drink for variety or what have you, cooled down peppermint tea or grapefruit juice will also work.
About 30-60 minutes later you can have breakfast. The best breakfast would be hot cereal or fruit compote, because the fiber will trap the toxins that were released and make sure they get exited quickly.
