Some people are prone to forming kidney stones because of imbalanced diet, some because of how their bodies manage minerals. Either way, diet adjustments help. The easiest adjustment is to simply get adquate vitamin C. C will dissolve several types of kidney stones, including the most common calcium ones.
These foods tend to form kidney stones due to oxalates and phospholates:
Black Tea
Coffee
Hot Chocolate
Sodas
cold cereals
To prevent kidney stones, be sure to get adequate amounts of B6 and Magnesium and to have the proper balance of Calcium and Phosphorous in your diet, about a 4 to 1 ratio of calcium to phosphorous.
The easiest way to get rid of kidney stones is to dissolve them. This drink will dissolve most stones and prevent infection:
8 ounces filtered water
4 ounces unsweetened 100% cranberry juice
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 lime
10 drops of Liquid Phosfood
sweeten with Stevia or crystallized fructose.
Chase the drink with 500 mg of Vitamin C, preferably a buffered C.
Drink 3x a day along with parsley tea.
To pass a stone, sit in a tub of warm water and eat watermelon. Eat as much as you can. Urinate whenever you feel the urge.
To ease the passing of the stone, prior to doing this, take in some marshmallow root and slippery elm either as tea or tincture.
