1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of freshly ground flax seeds, or a combo of ground/whole, or 50/50 flax and psyllium.
1 tablespoon olive oil or nut oil.
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
dash of cayenne or 5 drops cayenne tincture
Marshmallow and Slippery Elm powder. Simply buy the pills and pull them apart to add to shake, or make tea and let it cool.
Add to filtered water or apple juice or cooled herbal tea. Peppermint is very soothing to the bowels.
OTHER OPTIONS:
Garlic. Either eat it with meals, or smash, peel and swallow as is, or buy Kyolic and take therapeutic doses. It will cleanse the colon, kill parasites and promote the growth of healthy bacteria. Only use for about a month then take a break before resuming.
Aloe Vera Juice. Tones and strengthens the bowels, promotes healthy flora, mild laxative, cure for hemorrhoids. A therapeutic dose is about ½ cup 3x daily for 3-4 days. Do not take the fiber shake on these days. DO NOT use Gel, it must be the drinkable liquid.
Extra-virgin coconut oil.
