I am making whole grain cereal and it keeps sticking to my pan. What am I doing wrong?
I bring water to a boil, add grains, return to boil then simmer 15 minutes.

I bought kefir grains but I didnt know i had to make kefir non stop. YIKES! I only want 8-12 ounces a day. SO what can I do with my grains if I dont need so much kefir?
