Stevia -- is it good for you?

Hi Shelley,

I see the Braggs ACV bottle lists stevia as a sweetener in their ACV/water drink.

I haven't heard too much about stevia. I was told once that it was actually *good* for you. I searched on line, but couldn't find anything along those lines.

What do you think?

Hi Pinkcat!

I've been using Stevia for several months now to sweeten my smoothies, salad dressings, limeades and herbal teas. It's really helped me cut back on sugar. I'm going to make popsicles with it next, and one of these days will start baking with it.
