| Hello Shelley. I do hope you are well. These little red spiders/dots appear randomly over different parts of my body. They are tiny little things but they dont go away - only the size of a pin prick. Have you any idea what these could be related to and why they appear? Also one more question please if you would be kind enough. I have lots of black floaters in my eyes. There seems to be a mixed opinion regarding what they are. Is it candida die-off, toxic liver or toxic colon? Your own personal thoughts are as always very much appreciated. Thanks Shelley. |

Hiya Ladywear!
Spider veins and cherry angiomas are usually the result of a lack of good circulation, skin food and vein food, coupled with sudden changes in temperature. A tendency for the red blood cells to aggregate complicates things.
Floaters are a sign of toxic blood, which can be due to either congested bowels or liver. If you've been doing good bowel management, such as colonics/colemas/enemas and not just fiber, then you can pretty much assume it's the liver.
So these problems suggest a need for a good flushing of the intestines and liver followed by good tonification - carrot juice with cream, blueberries and kefir, cherry cider, noni juice (drink on empty stomach), chyawanprash, zinc, French onion soup, put garlic/basil/rosemary on your veggies, that kind of thing. |

Many thanks Shelley . However I have not been doing colonics or enemas so I guess that means toxic colon as opposed to the liver? I cannot do colonics and fibre i.e Psyllium causes terrible bloating - I can increase my veggies some more if that would help. This only started when I took some antifungals for a couple of weeks - now I cannot get these floaters to settle down! |

Hi, Ladywear!
I get the spider veins/dots, too. Actually, one of the dots which I've had for years on my finger suddenly tried to disappear on me the other week. I was shocked! LOL The blood disappeared from it, and it began to soften and shrink. Then I made myself sick and looked there again this morning after reading your post. Yep. It's back.
Mine started to disappear after I'd been doing walking/dry brushing and added kefir to my diet. Started to disappear about 3 weeks of that stuff straight. Hopefully, with a little TLC and intelligence regarding my body, I can make it go away again, along with my other spider veins. |
