Hi,
Very usefull site:), So I am a male from sweden, 30 years old and I have some problems like acne and weight loss and so on. I have studied this site and feel very good about it.
All started for about 2 years. At that time I remember that I got some cystic acne on my right cheek, a few and that was rather new to me cause at this time (age 2 I havent seen acne like this since my age of 18. I did not matter especially but the after a few weeks my cheeks and chin were moderatly covered with yellowheads mostly around my mouth, were my beard grows. Sometimes I remember my scalp (in my hair) got som issues to like flaky and dry with yellowheads.
Got to mention that I have an very bad bowel movement, mostly small portions twice a day and some days hard and some diareha. Very irregular.
Remember I was quiting my weight lifting that I have practised for several years.
A total weight loss of 10 kg .
I have tried
low karb diet for 6 month, no difference except very upset stomach cause of to much full grains.
vitamin b5 extrem overdose, this helps a bit but I dont like overdose.
multivitamin
no candy sugar
no alcohol
no tobacco
no milkproducts
sleeps always between 10 and 06
excersise, long walks for example.
Tried to switch from yoghurt with grains to oat meal, breakfast
regular doctor didnt se any problem on my tests.
All this seems not to do any big difference and I really want to be clear in my face!
So my question is were to start? cleansing, kidney mangament bowel mangament? I dont know and I dont want loose more weight but if its necessary i will go for it.
I have registrated here but not received and confirm mail, looking forward to!
Feel free to ask whatever you need, is a little bit tricky to explain in another language but I hope you figure it out:)

Hello and welcome to the forum! I wish I spoke Sweden, we actually have several people from Sweden on board here. I have actually been to Sweden, Jonkoping, for work and I loved it there. You have so many benefits from your government that I am quite jealous!
You should start with a fiber-based bowel cleanse. You don't have to lose any weight, simply add the proper oils to your diet: a good cod liver oil (nutritional supplement, not for cooking), wheat germ oil (ditto), EV coconut oil (cooking), and EV olive oil (cooking).
Your breakfast cereal should be cooked brown rice farina or quinoa or quinoa flakes. Doctor it up with butter, coconut oil, cinnamon, and a safe milk substitute such as rice milk, nut milk or Kefir.
Your lunch and/or dinner should be Kichadi, recipe in FAQ, and any of the cleansing salads. These foods will cleanse and balance the bowels. You should also include a serving of safe protein, such as buffalo burger, elk steak, natural beef, free-range turkey.
You should take safe laxatives that ensure at least one bowel movement a day. You shouldn't have more than 3 movements a day. Triphala is good if you can find it, or any fruit and fiber based type, or occasional doses of cascara sagrada. Senna is very strong and will cause dependency, so avoid it or only take it once a week. One missed bowel movement will cause acne!!!
Your large meals should be immediately preceded by something that acidifies your stomach (see FAQ for list), and digestive enzymes.
You should take a large spoonful of Brewer's Yeast or Nutritional Yeast Flakes 1-3x a day, preferably in my Protein Shake, recipe in the FAQ. This will get you almost everything you need without overdosing you. You should also be taking in about 500 mg of calcium, 250 mg of magnesium, high-potassium foods, and at least 500 mg of Vitamin C. If you buy unbuffered C, it will acidify your stomach. And take 50mg of Zinc every-other day and iodine once a week.
You should also take 500 mg of Taurine each day, and 2-4 pills of something like Livatone Plus or Liv.52. Drink one Cleansing Drink each day, alternating the type (one focuses on liver, one on kidneys).
You should be taking in a bit of Kefir once a day most days. Just a swallow is all you need.
You should sweat as often as possible. Do detox baths if possible (see FAQ). Jump rope, jumping jacks, trampoline, these all help the lymphs circulate, as does massage. Massaging the abdomen is also good.
After 2-4 weeks of this regimen, you should add in the Slow Liver Cleanse protocol, and plan on doing 3-5 major liver flushes. After the second flush most of the acne should be gone, never to return.
When acne favors the right cheek most often, it means there are stones in the liver, not just gallbladder. When your bowel movements alternate between hard and diarrhea, your digestion is moderately impaired all the way through it, and there might be parasites, so after you do all this, make a new symptoms list and see if you need to do a parasite cleanse or expulsion test.
Hope that helps! |

I am following your diet and it feels good so far! Can I use more of your fantastic recepies in the FAQ and is there any I should avoid?
There are some more symtoms that I can ad and maybe some says something important. Who knows:)
I have noticed that I have been more farsighted than before and also cold hands and feets is an issue.
Jonkoping is not far from me, about 2 hours by car:) Glad you liked it here! I belive you already have good connections in sweden but if not I will be happy to help with contacts and so on. Thank you so much for the tips and help you give people here. I am very gratefull.
Thanks again |

So glad you're having an easy time of it! Any healing crisis yet? You might want to up the cleansing if not.
Most of the recipes in the FAQ are either perfectly fine or say they're only good for the rebuilding stage, which is not your stage. Accent the ones called "cleansing" or alter them as recommended to make them more cleansing than rebuilding.
Cold hands and feet is usually a lack of Vit E, or iron for women. Wheat germ oil cures E deficiency. Eyes will change with age, I don't think there's anything we can do nutritionally to help. There's a lot of pressure in the eye and even biological systems suffer over time.

Hi
I havent got any healing crisis yet. Sometimes I feel very tired in the afternoon. Need sugar I suppose but its not a big problem. Strange, my easy headache is gone, my bowelmovement works nearly perfect and the actually my skin is clear. I cant beleive it! I am looking for the cause and the things that always been in my diet is coffee and a lot of grains like oat poridge. I will continue and I wonder how to increase the cleansing so the stored toxins starts to move!

Hi again,
My healing crisis have now increased! I have back pain (kidneys maybe)and moderate pain in my shoulders and neck. Some rashes on different locations. Sometimes very tired but the applejuice helps alot. I think I have lost a few kilos and I have added more oils to my breakfast for example. I am working fulltime on my paycheck but in real life more 75%. I have also noticed that I am confused and forgets things more than before. Thats it for now

Good. You're on the right track. You can decrease the healing crisis symptoms by drinking more water, broths and herbal tea, reducing doses slightly, sweating more, and taking mild laxatives. Enemas, when done right, and colonics will remove most fatigue and also most symptoms, after a short recovery period.
For the memory impairment, try taking some MSM or eating lots of onions and garlic. C, salt, iodine, zinc, lecithin, are also good.
