Can you take acidophilus + digestive enzymes together?

I have read both on this site and on the bottle itself that it is better to take L. acidophilus supplements on a full stomach.

However, I suspect I have low stomach acid, because of that as well as the candida issue, I take digestive enzymes.

Can you take the enzymes at the same time as the acidophilus? Will the enzymes "digest" the friendly bacteria?
