Sometimes I read you can/should divide your doses of a supplement, for example, calcium, to absorb it best or get other benefit. But I've never read how far apart you should space the two doses - 2 hours? 12 hours? It's easiest for me to take something in the morning and then again in the early afternoon, but is this too closely spaced? Thanks!

spacing is good for most minerals. Any spacing at all will help absorption and utilization. Ideally, more than 5 hours is best.
