Is the Vital Cleanse to preceed a candida cleanse? I am new, and have been reading like crazy. I am totally ready to kick this candida once and for all.

The Vital Cleanse was written for people who want to fast but know that the so-called "master cleanse" isn't so masterful. Candida people and leaky gut people are different - their issues will not be cured by fasting and usually by the time they figure out what they have, fasting is the last thing they should do! Smile
