shelley, you had mentioned to me about lechithin....is that SOY lechithin? and how do i take this, if it's a tablespoon, then i'm assuming it's liquid...?

have you done no reading??? This is basic, just like coconut oil! Lecithin granules and the fact that it comes from soy is meaningless. PLEASE start reading the GOOD stuff on this site and not just hype on curezone.
