Hi Shelley. Well I was able to get here tonight, but not early today. I think my ISP is stumped as to what is happening. Apparently there's four of them working on trying to figure out why I can't get here on a regular basis.
Anyway, I posted on Yahoo that I did a flush (Jan 23) and didn't get any stones. When all was said and done, all I got was some chafe. In reading through the posts here I noticed on an earlier one (see below) that you mention taking lecithin for a week and then cutting back on the daily dosage. If done long enough the next flush would be mostly chafe. I have been taking a lecithin gel capsule (1/day) for about 6 months now. The bottle says it's 1200mg and if I opened the capsule it's probably only about 1/2 teaspoon. Since I'm not magnesium deficient, could that be the reason I didn't get any stones? Is taking them for 6 months to long? Should I quit taking the lecithin? If the lecithin is the reason I didn't get any stones, then I'm very disappointed because I still have very severe food allergies and I was hoping that the stones were the reason for the allergies. As well, since doing the flush last weekend I have had major hot flashes.

"Can I use liquid lecithin instead of doing the liver flushes although I am getting alot of stones out each time. Just would like to get rid of all the stones as fast as possible. Thanks, John
Hi John!
Granulated lecithin is much easier to work with. You can take therapeutic doses, which is 1 tablespoon about 3x a day, for a week to dissolve stones. After that pull back to just 1 tablespoon a day. That dissolves stones plenty! You can also add Malic Acid to the equation, or apple/cherry juice spiked with ACV. Do this long enough and your next flush should produce mostly just chaffe. |

Getting nothing but chaffe can be a GOOD thing. I doubt that that much lecithin disintegrated many stones, however, it's nowhere near the therapeutic dose, which is one tablespoon 3x a day. It's much more likely that either stones are not your problem, OR your liver is so clogged that it can't form enough bile to build up enough force to actually push the stones out. That's why liver cleansing has to be comprehensive and not just flushing. See the FAQ for how to REALLy cleanse the liver.
Multiple chemical sensitivies can be due to lack of vitamin A, so I'd start in with the cod liver oil or fish oil right away, plus carrot juice and oil/cream and sweet potatoes. Don't take mega doses of Vit A pills, the only known cases of Vit A toxicity and liver damage have come from taking megadoses from pills. Food sources have never harmed anyone. |

| I don't have chemical sensitivities, I have food allergies and fish is one of them so I don't know if it's safe to take cod liver oil. My tongue is usually yellow at the back, so does that have anything to do with bile? |

Yep! most definitely. Yellow tongue coat means there is still stagnant bile in the liver/common bile duct, and if the coat is mostly just at the back of the tongue, still some in the colon too.
Sensitivities to fish, hmmm... could be the fish oils, could be the mercury... would have to use kinesiology to know whether the oil is good for you now. |
