I don't know why but for some reason I feel like I have a tapeworm. I know it's been said you can't feel them, but I get movement in my abdomen in the same area every now and then. It's like a rolling sensation and like something is pressing upwards (I can feel a lump). Then it goes away. It's not painful but it makes me wonder what the heck is moving in there. I notice it when I first lay down at night but it's not all the time. I am rather petite, 5'4 108 pounds and I tend to eat a lot, too much actually. What do you think it could be? I've been talking with someone on curezone about this too. Here is the link.

A rolling sensation is probably just peristaltic action. Tapeworms just go wtih the flow, they aren't strong enough unless they get really huge to create their own waves. Parasites excel at being indetectable. Soon as you think you can detect them, you know it's NOT that. Eventually they get big enough that there is no longer any doubt and that's when it's easiest to remove them. By then they're trying to procreate and you will find rice-sized, kind of dried-up small segments coming out of you with or without a stool. Some people find them on the bed when they get up in the morning.

Trapped gas will cause spasms, rollings, even knots, because the intestines have to overcompensate in order to release it. As will divirticulitis, stones, allergic reactions...

That makes sense. I've noticed the "movement" seems to happen if I eat too close to bedtime, so like you said it's probably peristaltic.

Thanks!
