What carbs can I eat in the first stage.
From what you wrote under the guidelines is brown rice pasta. If so then why can't you have plain old rice.
As for the veggies what starchy veggies can or can't I have and which ones are starchy. Sorry I don't even know this one Except I know potatoes is one. |

Google for list of starchy veggies - any potato, mainly. I did okay with sweet potatoes after the first month, lots of people do, particularly if they add in some cinnamon.
There are lots of different kinds of rice. The most commonly served is Jasmine, which is very "sweet" and feeds the yeast. Long-grain basmati doesn't feed it as fast. Either way, it should be heavily spiced. See recipes in FAQ, all of those are safe in the first month.
The rule for carbs is, if it's heavily spiced with pungent herbs and spices, then you can eat it. Quinoa and non-gluten porridges like Bob's Red Mill don't seem to need much spice to keep them safe, but they taste better with a bit of rice milk, which does need spice.
Best legumes are mung beans, then aduki beans, then lentils, then some of the heartier, larger beans that make a good gravy. |

OK good..so that kind of rice you mentioned is ok anytime if it has spice add to it. So basically if it is gluten free and not sweet..plus that it moves quickly too. Well I make a salsa with habenaros sp? that it only takes 1/2 teaspoon to my your sinuses clear and that is mixed in the food not by it self. Strong stuff.
Thanks and I will google those veggies...why didn't I think of that.
