Hi Shelley,

You mentioned wheat grass in the candida diet guidelines about having mold, does that mean only if you buy it and not make it yourself. Is it ok to grow yourself and is it better to eat or juice or neither.

Hi Shelley I don't understand your answer. Are you saying to avoid it cause it is a fad. Are you saying don't eat it or drink it. Confused

cats only eat grass when they need to vomit. Cats understand what humans don't - we are not grass eaters. Cats can only digest proteins and fats.

That is why I asked the question cause I thought they needed grass for the reason you mentioned to clean it out, if that is what is happening.
