hi shelley and everyone...........
my first question is about a fellow named Kevin Trudeau ... does anyone here know anything about him? he's into natural cures too, I have his two books I picked up yesterday, it seems very very informative and helpful...so, I'd like any comments on him and his books, if you know........
secondly, he mentioned unrefined, organic virgin cocconut oil as nearly a miraculous product....being able to HELP cure (he didn't say completely cure, or I'd be a little leary), many diseases, and a very big help in loosing weight.....anyone here with any info. on this? thank you all.........
OH, ONE MORE THING.....latley, i've been experienceing a pins and needles feeling in my LEFT hand when waking up. One day, last week, it was actually asleep, and when I began to shake my hand and hold it straight up (as if you were pointing to something in the ceiling), it began to get better, that pins and needles feeling started, and WOW, it was something.....it took about 15 min.'s to get back to itself....AND I WASN'T EVEN LAYING ON IT,,,I WAS LAYING ON MY BACK! I guess that's what kind of scared me. A friend of mine, who is a nurse, said, it's no biggie, I prob. just trapped a nerve or something, she said that happens, EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT LAYING ON IT.....however, yesterday was the third time. Now, yesterday, my hand wasn't numb, it wasn't asleep.....just pins and needles...once I get up, and walk around, it goes away. However, yesterday, I still had this very slight feeling of pins and needles on my fingertips for quite some time......i'm thinking maybe circulation? but, then, what does that really mean? is there something wrong with my veins? are they closing up? what? I have been really cleaning up the house a lot the last few weeks, which means I've been doing a LOT of dusting, with a duster,....so, i end up using my hands and wrists a lot for that....maybe that could be the problem? listen, thanks to anyone for any help!
sincerely, starlight |

| We've discussed coconut oil a lot, please do a search. As always, hardly anything works great for absolutely everyone. Some of us do not get on with coconut oil at all. I recommend the blood type diet's recommendations on coconut oil for the most part, but encourage everyone to try it and see if their body likes it. Do the pulse test and see. Stop looking for people to tell you what works, find out for yourself. |
