Hiya Shelley,
Do you know anything about the different Atomidine versions available. I just ordered the one off Vitacost which is from Heritage Products, but now I find out this supposedly is not the best version, because it is iodine trichloride rather than "true" detoxified iodine. Should I order this instead? Thanks!! |

The main concern with iodine is getting enough without overdosing. Trichloride just means it's in a salt form, which is no big deal so long as your kidneys are working fine and you're not hypertensive. I wouldn't worry about it. |
