As someone with a degree in chemistry, I'm the sort of person who never takes anything at face value, without investigating it myself, but - over several years - I've concluded that just about ALL the advice Shelley gives will help you get healthier. The only point of disagreement is liver flushing, because I can find NO convincing evidence to suggest that ingesting the recommended concoctions can result in passing REAL gallstones.
That apart, I have absolute faith. I'm a person who doesn't obey Shelley's health rules, not because I don't want to but because 1. I live a lunatic work life that stops me eating properly, exercising properly 2. I live in France and many things Shelley recommends are not translatable.
That said, when a sticky white vaginal discharge, that I'd ignored for months, turned greenish, I came back to this site and found the garlic recommendation.
I was a bit more drastic than Shelley recommended and chopped top and bottom off a clove, then cut it in half, put that in the toe of a nylon stocking and inserted it in my vagina.
I left it there for 48 hours, then renewed. After three half cloves, I had no discharge. |
