I get at least 2 huge cysts on my chin, both sides, around 2 weeks before my period starts and they last almost 2 weeks. Has anyone tried the Fem-Mate product at sensiblehealth.com and found it to be helpful in controlling period breakouts?

I don't know about the Fem-Mate, but if the acne keeps appearing at the same place, even if it's menstrual, it's a good idea get some extractions done and take folic acid. That keeps the skin fats healthier and less likely to clog things up!

Hi Shelley, My cysts are always in the same place which is on the sides of my chin. I don't have any amalgan fillings. It's ironic that you recommend B vitamins, because just this week I started taking TwinLab Stress B-Complex one/day. But prior to that for the past 2+ years, I have changed my eating habits and doing a lot of things from the FAQs. I thought I was getting enough B Vitamins with the NYF and Emergen C. I put a scoop of NYF mixed with lecithin granules on Quinoa hot cereal and rotate with your protein shake where I do the same. But for some strange reason, I started wondering why the B5 for acne worked for me 4 years ago. I took B5 10g/day for 1 year until I had my wisdom teeth removed. I stopped B5 because I noticed that I wasn't a fast healer with cuts/scraps which I get often even now from scratching my legs in my sleep. Then a week after the surgery, I tried to go back on it and it didn't work anymore. I thought that maybe the reason why it worked so well for me was because I have a huge deficiency in B vitamins and so I started the Stress-B Complex. It has 400 mcg of Folic Acid. Is that enough or should I buy a Folic Acid supplement?

I also want to mention that after 3 attempts to do the liver flush, I finally made it through the process without throwing up! YAY!!!! I am so happy, and I felt like it really worked this time. I had tons of shaff and a few small flat green and tan stones. Plus, I really felt good when I started passing a lot of long mucousy strings of stuff that floated. On the 5th enema, I passed what looked to be a clump of clear noodles that sank to the bottom. I wondered if they were dead parasites and if I should get on Fungal Defense again or Parastroy again. I am just so excited and can't wait to do it again. Thank you so much for this site!!!!

That's enough folic acid, you don't want to overdose. RDA is enough.

Wow, sounds like an awesome flush! Your acne should all clear up soon!
