I'm still prepping for my first flush ... i was having a look on the web at liver flush stuff and found this:

http://www.naturalhygieneclinic.co.uk/downloads/NHC_liverflush.pdf

This guy suggests using Colosan before and after (I think he suggests it at the times you might have taken epsom salts). Would this work well? I'm guessing it might clear things through, but wouldn't open up the bile ducts?

He also suggests adding black walnut tincture to the oil/lemon mixture - I thought this could be a good idea, could it get into the liver at all to help kill/loosen flukes?

Thanks

Colosan is just magnesium really so it will do the same things as Epsom salts. Just don't overdose, it's not fun.

Anything and everything you take, with a few rare exceptions, gets into the liver.

Taking black walnut at the same time is debatable. Tinctures are not fat-soluble, so the oils could inhibit its effectiveness. I'd take it after the colosan, about 15 minutes before the oil/juice cocktail.
