|
|
Hi there,
I just completed my third liver flush with some uncertain results. I did a lot of prep (julia Chang's tinctures, lecithin, chanca piedra, cleansing salads, a week-long mini-cleanse as described in your FAQ, and two days of apple juice fasting immediately beforehand). I've also been doing castor oil packs 4xweek for the last few months and kept it on for most of the night during the cleanse itself. So, needless to say, I was expecting good results this time around. I am more than halfway through the last day and have only passed a few small stones and a bit of chaff. Does this mean the cleanse was successful? Or did I do something wrong? I never experienced the intense nausea or diarrhea I got with previous cleanses, which is GREAT but also made me think that perhaps it didn't work properly.
I would appreciate any insight you can give! |

Goodness, don't worry just because you solved all the issues that make flushing uncomfortable! Be thankful that you had such an easy time of it!
Truly, you did everything right and experienced just what you ought - most of your liver stones had dissolved and the gallstones came out without stressing your body. Woo hoo!
Did you flush your intestines somehow the day after? You are supposed to at least have fast transit times for a few days after the flush to ensure you pass everything you released, and you would need to have some bland fiber shakes or high-fiber meals, hot cereal, that kind of thing, as soon as you were able to handle foods.
Congrats on a great flush! |

that's great! I was just skeptical because I was expecting it to be difficult, as it had been the previous two times. It's nice to know it doesn't have to be!
yeah, I've taken a few cups of flax tea so far, and will make sure I have high fibre meals for a while.
Just curious: when I do the slow liver cleanse, should I see the stones or chaff, separate from my stools? |

Some people do, some people don't. Many people have seen them come out after taking the morning cocktail and doing some stretching/yoga! That's how easy it can be!
What you want to do when slow liver cleansing is to first make a very complete list of symptoms and update it weekly. As you cross symptoms off the list, you'll know that way that the stones are dissolving and leaving the liver.
