Hi. This is my first post, so let me start by saying how much hope this site gives me and how thankful I am to all who work to provide this service. thank you
I am sensitive to grains, even alternative grains, and dairy, even yogurt, soy and kefir. I am wanting to do a retention enema to help with acidophilus and enemas to clear away yeast. What would be a recipe that does not contain any foods I am sensitive to.
Will it do any good if i still have leaky gut.
Is there anyway to know when leaky gut is healed other than eating something you react to and seeing if you react?
thanks, Lin |

Hi Inoll, welcome to the forum!
Since you're sensitive to kefir, you can try buying refrigerated acidophilus in gelatin capsules, and opening them into the enema solution. Use as little water as possible and retain as long as possible. My colonicist would use a very thin tube and kind of "blow" the acidophilus in as an implant without any water at all, this worked really well.
But really just getting the colon clean does wonders. Just getting good at flushing enemas with a simple saline solution will get you back to normal very quickly.
Best of luck! |
