Hi,
I have a relative who was recently diagnosed with liver cancer at the latest stage... no time for a transplant and not much time left to live. We are all praying for a miracle and she has just started chemo.
I am wondering if there is anything I can suggest for her to try along with the chemo. I imagine a liver cleanse would be too intense at this point, but any suggestions of herbs or anthing else would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

Most you can do is try to support the immune system and offset the effects of the chemo with soothing digestive teas (peppermint will help the nausea), lymph management, detox baths, Cellular Defense, blue-green algea, liquid chlorophyll, MSM-Emergen-C, plus fasting mostly except for cleansing drink, protein shake if the cancer is one that is fed by food. Kichadi should be really easy to eat and digest.
She can also take Milk Thistle, it will protect the good liver cells but not the bad, and encourage new, healthy liver cells to grow. It really irks me when doctors don't recommend it, as they have done standard studies that resulted in white papers that showed it really did help. |
