Yeah before like skin would shed on my head only. But over time spread to more areas. And now it's driving me nuts. Even after showing and scrubbing with baking soda, the next day more skin keeps shedding. I just itch a little and it comes off. Not getting any red marks from itching, just scratch a little and repeat later on.
Was wondering what should I be doing to help this. I read saying impaired kidney function can cause small patches of eczema. But I don't notice any of the other symptoms that come along with impaired kidney, like brownish urine or whatever and pain. But I don't drink as much water as I should probably.
Wondering if it's a liver thing. And thinking of taking supplements like burdock root etc (and maybe liver flush). But wondering if lets say I have digestive problems, do supplements still get used at all? Or you would need help digesting those. Don't know if I do have digestive problems, I go to the bathroom just fine.
Also should I start going on a diet. I weigh like 125 lbs so I don't mean a weight losing diet. Just like healthy diet. Any types of those for keeping healthy. I'll follow any plan like that if it helps. Restrict my foods to whatever the diet calls for.

| Please read about Skin Food in the FAQ. When your skin is shedding noticeably, it means your cells are not being given what they need to be healthy, so they're dying faster than they should. you need plenty of EFAs and the power to digest them (adequate stomach acids, digesetive enzymes, clean liver and bowels...), iodine, C, A, E, D, lecithin, biotin, folic acid, B12. |
