Here are the Vital Health Food Tables. These visuals hopefully get across what most people do (eat lots of junk and die sooner) and what you're supposed to do - cycle thru lots of different kinds of foods, mostly nutritious with cheats being allowed, but don't evereat! Smile

It really depends on your dosha, blood type, ideal weight, lifestyle (lke, do you cook? have a juicer?) and symptoms. If I knew all that I could work out a week as an example. Check "Diet Management" in the FAQ - there's a post about a Vata diet for a hypoglycemic. That's a really good diet for anyone as long as they follow that week with a low-protein, high-fruit day or two.

I'm a B-bloodtype ... no juicer though but thinking of investing in one Wink

I'm 5'6
, 130 pounds Very Happy

I was eating very badly for a few months and especially during the holidays ... I really over did it
!!!

HOWEVER;

My diet right consists of:

1 cup Millet or Basmati rice (daily)
Manna bread or Oatmeal ... ( 2-3x per week)
Pasta or Polenta (sometimes).
I love bread !!! ... but try to refrain from eating it too often;

1-2 cups Vegetables and 3-5 Fruits on a daily basis.

Cottage cheese
and/or 1/2 cup Yogurt (daily),
Mozarella/Parmesan once in a while and FETA (twice per week).

Nutbutters/walnuts
(3-4x per week).

Turkey, Beef minced meat, Eggs (2-3x per week).

Navy/Romano beans (3-4x per week) ... lots onions and garlic and LOTS of spices !!!

Lecithin and NYF a few times per week.

I also drink 1-2 herbal teas on a daily basis pretty much (I alternate between Ginkgo ginger, Peppermint, Camomille or Green tea).

I love Honey !! ... and usually have at least 1 tablespoon per day ...
(sometimes two) ... however; sometimes I will have some Black Strap Molasses instead.

Right now I also drink hotwater with 1 tsp. ACV/HONEY since I had a recent cold-virus, cough ... etc ...

Does this seem balanced to u ??

P.S. Every once in a while I have a bad week and fall off the wagon LOL
and eat lots of junk foods !!! (much to my dismay).
Crying or Very sad
however; I try to get back on track ASAP

Thank-u beforehand for ur patience in reading this long post, Shelley Very Happy
In the hopes that many will read it as well and may it help them too !!! Wink

HEALTH is so important and being well informed and guided by u
is wonderful and re-assuring ... 'cause wisdom is power
Very Happy
