Have just ordered this, but have just found out it contains estrogenic herbs ! Do you think i should take if i have acne ?

Not all acne is hormone based. If you have hormonal issues then don't take it. If you're not sure, try it and see. There is only one or two hormonal herbs and they're not the main herbs, they just help with synergy.

I have heard you recommend doing a combination of Liver Care and Bupleurum.

Is it ok to do a full dasage of both, 2 capsules twice daily?

Would you take them at the same time or at different times?

I am assuming there are no adverse or cross reactions between Bupleurum and alcohol, am I correct?

That should be fine, test with one dose a day for the first day and see.

I do not get any unpleasant effect. Orderd the Liver Care and I have the Bupleurum.

When I started taking the Buplerum however, I get a little green mucous from the sinus. Not too bad though. The faq says the liver uses the sinus and mucous membrabes to get rid of toxins, so that is a good thing right?

Yep! Very good thing. It means stage II detoxification is going on, and that's what you want to see. Take a break when your nose gets sore is all. Wink

One more questions, the directions say take between meals. Does food block the cleansing action?

I mine as well just ask this here as well. Liver Care says take with food. How importnat is it to take with food?
