To Shelley or anyone else,
Between livatone plus, Liv.52 Plus, Planetary Formula's Bupleurum Liver Cleanse, or Julia chang chinese bitters. Or if you have used anything else not listed. I am looking for good product for a reasonable price. I am leaning towards Julia's. |

| Which one would be safe/good to use for type II diabetes, booze, and weight. Gentle yet effective. I read on another post the some deal with fats and some with chemicals. Do any one do both or can I use the lecithin for the fats. |
