oil capsules are terrible. Get a bottle of oil. Shouldn't be hard with Sweden so clsoe by! Wink

You're allowed to have some convenience in your supplement regimen, all you have to do is only take the B complex 1-3x a week.

Sorry to drag up an old post.

Ive been reading a lot about cod liver oils recently and Seven Seas rates very poorly (adding extra synthetic vitamins, high toxic compound levels) and so Im looking for another source, thought I should suggest that you may want to as well!

Seven Seas is wonderfully cheap (its actually very hard to find good cod liver oil here Shelley!) but in every other respect its not good Sad I'll finish up my bottle and look for a reasonable replacement.

From my research so far, much much much more expensive, but supposedly better! Cant find Carlson's that Dr Mercola recommends.

I guess as Shelley says we only need a couple of bottles a year due to the fat soluble vitamin content. Its hard to know when to stop when you're getting good results though!
