hi shelley
as you know i've been having colonics, i just went to the toilet and a dark red clot came out (which has freaked me out), attache to it was a long stringy white thing that could have been candida. should i be rushing to the doctor and checking this out or is it all part of the cleansing?
cheers caper
since writing this i have spoken to my doctor and she said not to worry unless i have more of them. she said not to lose any sleep over it as my stool analysis came up clear on any traces of blood etc. a stool anaylsis is really worth while. |

candida breaks apart pretty easily as it's just a type of fungus. If it didn't break apart easily you may have seen a bit of a parasite nest.
You may want to go on a liquid diet for a day, give wherever the blood came from a chance to heal. |
