Since taking these vitamins my skin has got very dry and my urine darker even though i drink lots of water and am eating more skin foods such as avacado's, egg's and fish.
I am not using moisturiser as this always goves me spots what ever make it is.
I wash my face with just water as i get less acne this way.
What could be causing the dryness, could it be my kidneys ? |

Dry skin is due to a lack of good fats. It's great that your'e adding avocadoes and eggs to your diet, but it looks like it's not quite enough yet. Have you added wheat germ oil and cod liver oil, alternating each day? Just a teaspoon of one or the other will make a huge difference.
You can also use a mild soap to cleanse with, followed by a couple drops of raw oil mixed with a lot of water. This protects and nourishes the skin. |

| oh it should be okay because it's just pure oil (fats), not much of the wheat issues because those are all proteins. |

| I am taking cod liver oil 2 x tablespoons a day, i have seen an improvement in moisture still not great, but i feel my rosacea is flaring up again, it calmed down alot over the last 6 months but now the candida is back i feel this may of caused it to come back again. I have mild rosacea, with flushing when i get slightly hot and uncomfortable skin especially on chin very dry and itchy, around nose and between eyebrows. The flushing seemed to get better after liver flushes, may be i should flush again it's been over a month since my last ? |

| Ah, okay, you need to back off the Cod Liver Oil. If you're not taking Vit E at all, that much A will deplete you of it, and E is essential for beautiful skin. That's why you have to only take Cod Liver Oil every-OTHER day, and ONLY once. The other days take an E oil - such as wheat germ, or actual vit E capsules. |

I think that Shelley has suggested that wheat germ oil is not necessarily dangerous for people allergic to wheat, because the allergen protien is not present in the oil.
Otherwise you can eat avocadoes, sunflower seeds / oil as they are high in vitamin e |
