| I'm wondering where one can buy pasta noodles made out of buckwheat or Quinoa or whatever. My grocery store doesn't have that. |

health food stores and other specialty stores. I've yet to see them at the regular chain groceries. Amazon has some.
You can find Buckwheat noodles easily enough at Asian markets or the Asian aisle of some of the regular stores. Cost Plus too sometimes. |

Hmm I found some pasta noodles who's ingredients are:
stone ground organic Kamut wheat
stone ground organic Buckwheat
sea salt
What is Kamut wheat? Is it ok to eat? |

| well it depends on what you need. It has gluten, so leaky gut and celiac disease people should avoid it, and people in the first 1-3 months of a candida protocol. |
