Is there any way to separate acne/hives/skin erruptions that is due to weak digestion and those who could be related to allergies and leaky gut?
When I eat something I shouldn't. like a candy bar, I immediately notice a sort of ticklish feeling on my back and chest, places where I tend to get erruptions. I just wonder if it can happen that quickly? Does an erruption that is due to an allergic reaction happen more rapid than "ordinary" acne, or could the feeling just be an acne outbreak coming on due to low stomach acids? |

| That's an interesting question. I don't have a quick answer, but what I'd do is test the foods with and without adding stomach acids and see what happens. Chances aer good, however, that if the food has peanuts it's allergic. Peanuts are full of allergans. |
