I ate this really good lunch today ... HOPE that Shelley approves Wink ??

A little bowl of beets, a tortilla spread with avocado, 4 eggwhites (1 yolk)
mashed up , sprinkled with seasalt and tumeric ... Smile

I ENJOYED IT IMMENSLY Very Happy

sounds good! but you don' thave to avoid egg yolks. That's where all the nutrition is. Eggs got bad press but it's all wrong - eggs are perfect whole foods. Smile

REALLY ??????

I have been eating ONLY 4 eggyolks " per week " for fear of cholesterol and liver ... etc ...
GRRRRRRRRRR

Are u saying that we can eat YOLKS everyday ???? Very Happy Shocked

When I was BODYBUILDING years ago, I was always told to eat 6 eggwhites at a time ... but NEVER THE YOLKS !!!

People r really messed up and MISINFORMED when it comes to NUTRTION/FOODS ... including me !!! Confused

I thankgod that I found YOU Very Happy


I'm constantly surfing the net for answers but never seem to find the right ones Crying or Very sad
