all of the herbs and supplements I talk about for cleansing are also strengthening. They only become weakening if you overdose, overdo.
Artichokes are also good, as is eating actual liver - chicken, beef, etc. |

| Lila, I'm a B type as well, and I still manage to get in some baked chicken with the skins about once every week to 10 days, no problem. I think in small doses on ocaision, it's okay. I don't do the artichokes unless they come quartered in my salad at a restaurant (like marinated artichoke hearts). I don't bother at home because they are too much trouble. But, I do allow myself the baked (sometimes fried) chicken so I can get the sulfates (sulphates?? spell check) from the skin for my liver. I also like to have foie gras when we dine out at "fine" restaurants a few times per year. I know, it's inhumane the way they raise them, but foie gras is the only liver I like to eat. I tried calf liver and my mother used to make chicken liver every week, and I could NEVER swallow it down. It's just too much of a good thing, flavor-wise. |

Thank-u J F; I appreciate ur candor
I used to eat chicken 3-4x per week before I found out about the bloodtype diet now it's as if I can't swallow it anymore ...
I've had many digestive problems since about a year now however; when I go through periods of being compliant;
I have to admit that I feel ALOT better !!
If I do slip up though, I also don't beat myself over it
Have u seen a difference when u do follow the bloodtype diet ??
Thank-u  |
