Hi Shelley!
Still struggling with that burning colon. I'm doing a parasite-cleanse now, I I have a reaction to some herbs, but I can handle it. Afterall, being so sensitive to everything is due to bad microbes/lack of friendlies/parasites/candida, so I keep thinking that it's good to get rid of them no matter what.
Or is it bad to stick with it?
And I was wondering about Dr.Shulzes formula # 2 that has charchoal, bentonite, slippery elm and flax seed and psyllium in it. I thought I would take this in very small doses. Now I know that these fibres can be harsh if not properly hydrated, so I wonder if one can hydrate this ready-made formula in some water for a few minutes (like U recomend with fiber shakes) rather than drinking it directly after mixing it with water. Or will it loose all it's good properties?
Thank you!

I don't recommend Dr. Schulze' products any longer for several reasons:
Bentonite clay has aluminum and there have been studies that show we do absorb the aluminum so we're right back into metals poisoning.
Psyllium can ferment and can also turn into cement if not properly hydrated.
If the products are in a pill they don't hyrdate properly and basically just pass through without doing much good. In fact, they'll more often get stuck and cause strictures and balloons. If it's not in pills then yes, hydrate it but only hydrate what you'll be drinking immediately so it doesn't spoil. |

Hello!
I see, hmm, I have ordered his formula # 2 and one bottle of liquid bentonite clay, so I guess I'll finish those and switch to something else then, maybe colonix
Thank you! |
