Hello Shelley
I recently went to a natural doctor, and I was prescribed a multi vitamin mineral formula. The multi vitamin is from Biogenesis nutraceuticals. It has a lot of Vitamin B, especially B12 (600mcg). Does it take some time for your body to get used to multi vitamin supplement? I had trouble sleeping yesterday, and my heart feels like it is racing at night. Is this a normal effect, I had been taking it for only few days? Also my urine turned to very strong yellow color. Does this mean I am getting rid off most of these vitamins anyway? What do I say about self-dosing? NEVER take the recommended amount right off the bat! Always take the very smallest dose you can (one pill, one teaspoon, etc.) and see how your body can handle it.

UltraGenesis is nothing more than an MLM product sold to "doctors" so they can make more money than they would if they sent you to a health food store. Have I taught you nothing???

Taking more than 300% of any B vitamin stresses the body out big time. You're taking tons and tons of all the B vitamins so yep, you stressed your body. It's like taking speed. the RDA or at most 200% occasonally is fine, more is insane.

If I were you, I'd stop payment on the check to that doctor, he's just another shyster even if he is supposedly holistic.
