I'm on day 1
Shelley - maybe this is a mistake, but you've put calcium at 4pm instead of 6pm.
Why do you feel Calcium is best at 10am and 6pm? Dr Jensen says to take cal/mag just before bed at 9/10PM and also, first thing in the morning. |

I had to put it sometime when you aren't digesting anything else, because most people end up buying calcium carbonate, which is like eating a Tums and stops digestion. So you can shift the time if you like, just make sure you don't take it concurrently with any food besides tea. |

Hi Shelley,
In your list of stuff to buy you mentioned calmagfizz or calmagzinc, but when you list the calcium and zinc they are alone. My question is can I take calmagfizz in the morning without it making me to relaxed. Because I though I read somewhere that mag. is best taken at night to help you sleep.
Thank you and God Bless
