Hello Shelley and All,

A few years ago I had x-rays done at the chiropractor. He said I had calcium deposits. Does that mean I have too much calcium? March of this year I had blood work(COMPR METAB PANEL) done and my calcium was within the low and high range (9.2).

Thank you and God Bless

No, it means you have too much phosphorous. Too much phosphorous and calcium becomes hardened, turns into bone calcium and gets deposited. Google "foods high in phosphorous" and see if you are overdosing on these foods.

wow Shocked That's alot of foods that I eat that have it in it.

So is it bad to have calcium deposits. If so then do I eliminate or cut down more food that I love Mad .

Thanks again

Take Cal-Mag Fizz and your body will handle your phosphorous much better. It's impossible to totally avoid phosphorous, it's in all living things practically. The trick is getting enough calcium so that it remains liquid rather than hardened.
