There are two Internet radio stations I find myself listening to most.

The first is mystic radio, which is all ambient/mood music. Great for those nervy, stressful Vata hours when you need a little help to be mellow, grounded and focused.

The second is radio paradise, which is eclectic adult rock. If you appreciate great songwriters with all kinds of musical influences this is the station for you! They play both classic and modern rock, and all forms of rock from country rock to southern rock to world rock to you name it!

All you need to listen to either on a PC - besides speakers or headphones - is WinAmp, which is free shareware, very easy to download.
