Like the topic says, I'm looking for fattening foods that will help me gain weight, yet not cause me to get headaches and feel fatigue'd. Right now I have a splitting headache because I ate alot of rich desserts and chocolate trying to gain weight as quickly as possible.

So if you guys could point me in the right direction of gaining weight without the side-effects of a horrible headache and fatigue, I'd really appriciate it.

Thanks. Smile

Check the fAQ for the list of Rebuilding foods, and the Bodybuilding forum. The rebuilding diet allows you a lot of rich creams which you combine with things like berries and kefir and eggs, nuts, and organic meats. So long as you don't exceed your power of digestion, you can bulk up safely and nutritionally. Smile

Hi Ricky,

How are those rebuilding foods coming?

Are you looking to just put on fat weight or muscle weight? If so how much - I can help.

I've finally put on 28 lbs of lean muscle over the last 4 months, with virtually no supplements.

Yeah, I'd like to hear too Smile I can only seem to gain, at best, an equal amount of fat and muscle. 28 pounds in 4 months is amazing!
