Julia Chang's instructions call for Salt water flush after liver flush.
I know some on Curezone have discussed it in the past. I don't
want to do Epson Salts anymore. Wondered about others experience
with Salt Water flush after liver flush--good or bad. Thanks

Is it ok to use Celtic Sea Salt instead of Epsom Salts? For flushing and foot baths plus detox baths for the body?

You can use sea salt or kosher salt for salt water flushing. You have to use Epsom salts for detox bath. You can do an Epsom salt flush, but I don't recommend it. It's harder on the body and is quite dehydrating.

I've done the salt water flush several times and it's an interesting process. Tastes terrible, but passses through quite quickly provided you salted the water enough and are not totally dehydrated. It's very much like doing an enema, but it flushes everything, not just the colon. It's not something I'd want to do regularly, that's for sure! But it works! Smile
