i love stir fried vegetables and am wondering if this sauce is ok for acne sufferers.

Are you back on the track with cleaning and detoxing?

I know that Shelley mentioned in several occasions here that soy should be avoided. The only things that are ok , occasionally, are Tamari and tofu. But not a lot.
