I love it.
Love it.
I can do it and it's fun and not causing to much stress on the knee.
Love that Billy Blanks. |

I've been teaching Tae Bo for couple of years now and I see that more and more people love it. As it's a low impact aerobic it's great for all of those with knee problems.
I remember first time I was introduced to Tae bo, a great teacher came from USA on one of the Fitness convention in Belgrade and I just fall in love with that. I just hate those dancing aerobic classes, every time I have to thing about my next move. Is it right leg and left arm with the left turn or something else I end up working out my brain rather than my body.
Tae Bo is working great as a stress and anger relief for me.
Not to mention its effect on toning up legs, gluteus and arms.
So sign me up in your fan club as well
Thumbs up for Billy Blanks! |
