What foods irritate the gallbladder? Does sulfuric foods irritate the gallbladder? What about proteins like chicken and fats? How about tomatoes? Also does taking beets a long time irritate the gallbladder?

The gallbladder diet means avoiding the following: Eggs, Pork, Onions. These are the worst offenders. You might have others. I think I listed a longer list in the FAQ under liver management?

I have a naturopathy book and it says the worse offenders for gallstone pain are pork, eggs, milk, coffee, citrus foods and corn
