does anyone know if i can get these delivered to uk ? Is there a website that does ?
bobs red mill and lundbergs, hot gluten free cereals, i can not find any good ones in uk !
Also how much rice milk is safe to have on candida diet, i'm in 6th week! |

I must agree that I'd really like to see some good hot cereals over here!
The 'health food' shops are woeful
Thank goodness for the internet and wonderful shops like Food For Living!
Hard enough even getting quinoa flakes.
I did actually send Bob's Red Mill an email about selling in the UK, but never recieved a reply. |

Oh, Food For Living is an internet site that I get all my solaray from.
Very reasonable prices and delivery!
They're just redoing their website and including some things I asked for like coconut oil.
Have had great experience with them.
Other company is Goodness Direct, they have a great selection, though delivery is a bit steep. |

cool thanks i will have a look now
I have started taking the coconut oil, its really yummy even just off the spoon, and i used it in my protein shake this morning and it was soooo good ! |
