Hi Shelley,

I was wondering what flower essense you'd recommend for my sons back......I don't know if you remember....but he has some kind of lower back ache that sometimes becomes a sharp stabbing pain.....the ache is the main problems however, and sometimes prevents him from working......

Thanks Shelley......Sincerely Starlight

To treat any ailment with flower essences, you need a BOX or SET of essences so you can test each one to see which is necessary for the issue in question. Perelandra's essences comes in boxes organized by the type of essences and what they are mainly used for. Back issues can be treated wtih Garden essences, and certain skeletal issues are best treated wtih Rose or Rose II, but start out with the Garden set as it's the best all-around set. Colds and flus are best treated with the Nature set.

Low back pain can be due to a lot of issues. He really should start off with having some check his workstation for ergonomics. If his chair is not providing enough lumbar support, that's a real pain inducer! Aeron chairs are the best at supporting the back while performing computer/desk work properly. A good office chair is a solid and worthwhile investment into one's health and comfort, considering how much time we spend in them!!!

Low back pain can also be due to mineral imbalances, usually involving zinc and calcium. No one gets enough zinc now that our soil is so depleted. And if you don't drink dairy it's really tough to get enough calcium.

Regular stretching and walking to relax the long muscles and get them fed with plenty of oxygen is also very important.
