I had a couple big beautiful tomatoes in the fridge this morning.
I diced them up, crushed a couple cloves of garlic. Minced a couple more cloves of garlic
chopped up some green onions
basil
parsley
pepper
oregano
thyme
sea sea
extra virgin olive oil
mixed it all up and tossed it i the fridge.
I stopped in at my local bakery today and picked up a multigrain / high fibre french stick.
Tee hee they have started adding golden flax seed to them in the last month.
I toasted a few sliced and topped them with shredded greens and my brushetta.
So yummy.  |
