New Flush tonight

I am doing another liver flush this evening.

I have been having a heck of a time with timing. LOL
One thing or event after another lately.

This week I have been fasting - I picked up a gorgeous beaded gown for a big wedding I'm attending in two weeks and it's a bit snug.So... Fasting .
I have been doing Shelley's Cleansing drink.
I am the one who went 43 days on the master cleanse, and I have to say Shelley's drink kicks butt over the MC. LOL
Apple cider vinegar added into the mix is awesome.

Last flush I also prepared with the cleansing drink.
Today I had some yummy homemade chicken soup. Soothing and a bit fatty.
I'll post how it goes.

It went fine.
Some chaffe and a few tiny greenies. Nothing spectacular.
Yeah! I think I am done flushes for a few month's.
