Hiya Shelley,

My 16th LF produced no stones.
LF’s 1-10 were good, LF's 11-14 produced no stones.
Prior to LF 15 I took GCG, coptis and curma for 14 days and did liver massage with a hand massager immediately after taking OO. It produced a good number of old (?) wax covered stones. At that time I thought, that GCG did not influence my LF.
On my last 16th LF I did not take GCG, but did a lot off massaging before and during LF. It produced no stones. Now I think may be GCG did help my LF15 to produce stones.
Should I take GCG, Curma and Coptis again prior to my Next LF?
Or GCG should be taken only once to crush stones?
Do these herbs have any side effects?

Thank you.

If you still have them on hand, use them! Absolutely.

GCG has the side effect of leaching potassium from the body, but that isn't a huge concern becasue potassium is in everything. So long as you're eating veggies and fruit you should be getting enough.

Try waiting an entire month before your next flush, taking CB and Coptis for a couple weeks, then just GCG just 7 days prior to the flush to break down any resistant stones.
